5-Iodo-2'-Deoxyuridine (CAS: 54-42-2) is a cytotoxic, anti-viral thymidine analog. Idoxuridine (5-Iodo-2′-deoxyuridine) is an antiviral agent for feline herpesvirus type-1 with IC50 of 4.3 μM.
